Notes

This is a Pre-Beta build, it has a new wallpaper.
The installation for both the 32-bit and 64-bit uses the Windows Preinstallation Environment, after the reboot, let it install, it can take a while to finish.

After installation the login screen is the Classic Windows Login, after logging in you see the new wallpaper and a new theme called Aero It also display's a popup that your computer might be at risk, this is from Windows XP Service Pack 2.
The the start menu border is transparent by default.
Microsoft did an overhaul of the explorer and Control Panel, most notably is the changed Category view of the Control Panel, the applets included are mostly the same, but it introduces the Security Center and the other options like Automatic Updates and Windows Firewall.

Windows Media Player 9 has been upgraded to version 10, but Windows Messenger is not included in this build.
Internet Explorer is still at version 6, but with Service Pack 2, so with the Information Bar, Outlook Express is still reverted back to version 6.

Besides the default Aero theme, it also includes Windows XP Luna and Windows Classic.

Fixes

Enable Aero:
Run C:\WINDOWS\System32\rundll32.exe C:\WINDOWS\System32\udwm.dll DwmClientStartup in a Command Prompt.
