Notes
There is no mayor difference between 4008 and 4011, some small updates to the theme title bars, it also introduced a new boot screen.
Although there is a new bug (could be because of the video driver) that the icons in the Explorer go ''fuzzy'' when you click or use the keyboard.
During the 2nd stage of Setup, the OOBE is broken, it only display's the first page.

Installation
This build is uninstallable in its own forum due to a PE bug, to fix this problem, get the 4008 ISO, and replace the
install.wim in 4008 with the one from 4011, it installs then.
If you use VMware, for this build I recommend the
Workstation 4.x Compatibility.
Installation - 4008 PE
When you are on the
Choose your installation destination screen, select
Disk 0 and click continue.
