Notes

The OOBE has seen a color change from bright white to blue as well as the welcome text.
The Start Menu can't be put into full screen without using Tablet Mode, Tablet mode also makes the taskbar black, all apps are the ''hamburger'' menu.

Cortana has seen a make over and is now black as on Windows Phone.
Several MSN applications have been removed such as Food and Drink.
Music and Video apps have been replaced with their preview counterparts.

Edge (still called Project Spartan) has seen a touch up on the new tab, included now in Inprivate Mode and the version number is now 13.
Developer mode in Settings can now be activated.
