Installation
On a UEFI VM in VMware 12 it can fail at the end of the Windows PE, recommended is using a BIOS VM and then deploy the .WIM with index 1 and the using bootrec.
Before you start the apply, use diskpart to partition, format and assign a drive letter to the drive.
