Notes
This build features a almost complete Windows XP Luna theme, it still has some old icons left, but most are now replaced.
In this build the Change Resolution boxes are now different and the OOBE is broken.
After you have ended the OOBE you see a improved Login Screen and after logging in a new Wallpaper called Bliss, this is the most known wallpaper for Windows since it's debute in Windows XP.
The Explorer had also a touch-up, removing the shine on the Start Button and more newer icons, also replacing the Whistler in many areas with Windows XP.
Help & Support has a blue background now instead of white and Outlook Express has a new Splash.
Remote Desktop Connection has a new branding which is kept until Windows Vista.
Media Player is still at version 8, but has a new look and Movie Maker is updated.
MSN Explorer now can open and connect to the internet fine, but it will not go further then
There is a newer version, since the newer version Requires Windows XP SP2 and above.
When want to shutdown Windows, it will now fade to gray instead of button blocks on it over the desktop.
