Notes
This build features a new bootscreen and the GUI Stage of the setup (2nd stage) is now more like the final Windows XP Setup.
Although this one has clouds on the background.
The OOBE has replaced Whistler with clouds and Merlin is still present.
The Watercoler theme has not been changed and the Test Visual Styles
Chartreuse Mongoose and
Blue Lagoon are still present.
The Control Panel had a mayor revamp with icons and style.
Visiting the Local Disk (C) and System Folders are hidden again, but you can unhide it at the System Tasks in the left bar.
Windows Activation now opens but is broken since it has not been fully implemented yet.
