Notes

This build upgrades MSN Messenger Service to version 2.2, Movie Maker to 1.0.1371.0, Windows Media Player also got a update, it now plays a video at the first startup and Internet Explorer got a new logo in the About Internet Explorer dialog box.
The biggest update is that it now includes a new Windows Tour, which first displays a video and then 4 options to explorer, but they don't work yet.
