Notes
            There are several new Control Panel Applets found in the Control Panel such as 
Dial-Up Networking, 
Taskbar and 
Start Menu,

Windows Update AutoUpdate.
Scanners and Camera's got a new icon as did

Fixes
            Installation
If you use Microsoft Virtual PC (which is recommended for older Windows Operating Systems) make sure you upgrade from Microsoft Windows 98 or a previous Microsoft Windows ME build (such as 4.90.2394.0).
This is because the installation doesn't install the correct Display Driver and VMAdditions and/or S3 Display Drivers don't work.
During the installation there are several file copy errors, just click
