Notes
The Setup billboards have changed, it no longer slides in from the right, there are many more and the existing ones have been rewritten.
After setup when installing a new Hardware Component, Windows builds a Driver Database first (one time).
Outlook Express has a new icon and the Explorer HTML View (still disabled by default) has been revamped, removing the Windows 95 C look and replacing it with fading clouds, although sometimes you need to resize the window to display the sidebar without a scrollbar.
