Notes

Setup has seen a small change in the text colors in the sidebar.

This build still retains the older Windows 95 look but includes a new version of the Microsoft Network (MSN) which contains several applications including a browser shell for Internet Explorer.
Internet Explorer and Outlook Express have a small UI change and Outlook Express also got a Welcome to Microsoft Outlook Express mail when you open it.
New is Microsoft Chat 2.0 and Windows Messaging is removed.
