Notes

Setup has undergone another change, the sidebar is now black, instead of the Windows 95 style banners, it is now integrated in the background.
The Internet Explorer in this build has got a splashscreen and back at version 4.

The Start Menu contains a few folders since during the setup it creates the Start Menu and converts.
The Main option not found in other builds also contains the Windows 3.1 File Manager.
