Notes

Some more changes to the Setup, it now features a box with Enable sounds but doesn't work.
The 2nd stage of the setup now also features the sidebar and a new background, it also does the final stage of the setup without a reboot, including setting up Windows Messaging.

After installation you notice a new bootscreen.
New to this build is the heavy Internet Explorer integration, since it is not About Windows but About Internet Explorer and the Explorer menu's have a HTML background also the Windows 95 in the Start Menu has been replaced with IE4 Preview Release banner.
