Notes

Some more changes to Setup.
It includes a Welcome to Windows 95 Setup! screen, as well as more the 3 billboards during the file copying, note also that it now reads Windows 95 Setup at the top insteads of Windows Setup, in a earlier build (4.00.225, Chinese Traditional) it also did, but returned to Windows Setup in later builds.

After the installation nothing has really changed visually.
