You can use Redlock to unlock hidden features such as the new login screen, explorer tabs, the new start menu and an early version of the 'charms'.

You can also enable a start menu accept by creating a new key called DWM in HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows and then make a new DWORD called EnableAccent and set it to 1.

You can also run several other new applications like:
Immersive Browser: C:\Program Files\Microsoft\Immersive Browser\Microsoft.ImmersiveBrowser\miexplore.exe
Immersive Reader: C:\Windows\System32\glcnd.exe
Metro Control Panel: C:\Windows\System32\SystemSettings.exe
