Installation
The 32-bit version comes only in a .WIM file, you can either convert it to a VHD with tooling or apply it to a new disk or partition.

If you want to apply it to a VHD, create a VHD then format it and mount it.
Then use (for example) DISM /Apply-Image command and then unmount the drive afterwards.
