This build installs via Windows Update from an earlier build as a feature update.
You can also download the files and convert them to an ISO file.

TPM requirement
This build requires a TPM 2.0, also for Virtual Machines.
You can enable that in VMware, first encrypt your VM on the Options -> Access Control with a password.
Then add the 'Trusted Platform Module' device on the Hardware Tab, it then adds a TPM 2.0 device to your VM.
