Notes
This build was leaked onto the Internet.
What you can notice in this build is that the traditional OOBE has been replaced with a version that uses Cortana and after installation it has other default recommended app tiles in the Start Menu, this is mainly because of the Enterprise SKU.
The older Paint application is no longer linked in the Start Menu and after starting the 3D Paint once, the mspaint command changes to the 3D Paint app. You can change it back via a registry setting. The Defender app has been updated and includes scanning now and functioning pages.
The main change is in the Settings app, a new selection has appeared called ''Apps'', several other pages are updated and included now is a 'blue light' option.
On each page there on the right hand side (if the screen is large enough) will display a help bar and other similar pages.
On the Ink Workspace, the Sketchpad Option has been updated with new icons and you can change the thickness of the pen and pencil.
Also since a long time, Internet Explorer has been updated with a new button besides the new tab. It now displays a button to open Edge. In Microsoft Edge you can now store Tabs for later viewing.

Fixes
Classic Paint
Once you have opened the new Paint 3D App, it replaces all options in the shell when starting paint with the newer 3D paint.
You can uninstall the new Paint 3D App or if you want to keep it installed do the following:
*) Open
regedit.exe.
*) Navigate to:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Applets\Paint.
*) Create a new key called:
Settings.
*) In that new key create a
DWORD 32-bit value called
DisableModernPaintBootstrap and set the value to
1.
